Overview:
People with disabilities have the same desires and dreams to be in a relationship as those without disabilities. So how do you support these individuals while teaching healthy boundaries and safety? What are their rights when it comes to being in a relationship? How do we address safety concerns? In this training, we will discuss strategies, statistics, safety, investigations, and victim advocacy.
This training meets the continuing education requirements for social workers as prescribed by the WI Department of Regulation and Licensing.
