  • Introduction by Monica Bear, Developmental Disabilities Program Manager for Dane County Adult Services
  • Jennifer Fischer from the ADRC will share information regarding the Family Care transition, specifically how the change will affect AFH providers.

This training is for 1 - 2 bedroom adult family home providers ONLY (no licensed homes).

These sessions are designed for Dane County certified Adult Family Home Providers. Dane County Adult Family Home providers need to have 10 hours of training in their first year and 8 hours of training per year thereafter.
